Travel Arrangements: If you are flying in, we ask that you make your flight arrangements to Chicago O’Hare airport and submit the expense for reimbursement. Please note that when booking a flight, Northwestern will only reimburse economy level seats, not business class (even if business class is less expensive). Also, if your ticket is over $400, please contact us for approval.
Accommodation: We will be booking a room for you at the Hyatt House in Evanston, to arrive on March 26 and depart on March 28 which will be billed directly to the Economics Department; please keep us posted on any changes to your travel arrangements which would effect this booking or if you do not need it.
Directions: The Economics Department is located at 2211 Campus Drive in the Kellogg Global Hub. When you enter the building, take the elevators on the far side of the lobby (toward the lake), on the right, up to the third floor. Walking instructions from the Hyatt House Evanston can be found here.
